Nominations for new activities and recognition renewal can be submitted via the Activity Nomination Form.
Nominations to add extra positions to recognition activities can be submitted via the Position Nomination Form.
Programs and activities need to provide the opportunity for students to develop a minimum of three of the Seven Advantages. Each Advantage can be achieved through the enabler of Knowledge, Engagement, or Social Impact.

All staff supervisors and members of the Executive team must upload a completed Risk Assessment form as part of the process. Please note a new Risk Assessment will need to be conducted each year.
