Midyear Peer Mentoring Program

The Midyear Peer Mentoring Program supports new students commencing in Semester 2 to make a smooth transition to university life. Mentors are senior students across a diverse range of university faculties and courses that can show new students the ropes of student life at UNSW! Mentors provide advice and tips on what’s available at UNSW and provide social support as students embark on university life midyear.

Responsibilities

Providing support and advice to new students online and face-to-face. Organising and participating in orientation activities, campus tours, social events, workshops etc.

Training

A one day training is compulsory. Training will be held in late June/early July.

Duration

The Midyear Peer Mentoring Program runs in Semester 2 only from O Week until the end of Week 8.
