ASPIRE is an outreach program that works with school students from low socio-economic status (SES) backgrounds in schools across Sydney and regional New South Wales. Its aim is to increase their educational aspirations and help them access a university education.
ASPIRE ambassadors are trained to facilitate workshops with small groups of students in school; help students find out information about university options; keep students safe whilst helping them to have fun when they visit the university; and share their own experiences of university.
We are looking for current students who have studied at UNSW for more than one semester to join our ASPIRE Ambassador team. Postgraduates and undergraduates from any faculty and degree programs are welcome to apply.
