The Engineering Industries program aims to help students gain an understanding into the engineering industry in a holistic manner through engineering case studies. In the program workshops, students are given an introduction to slide making, case solving and presentation skills.
With these skills and in small groups, students solve cases related to specific engineering industries such as the automotive and mining industries. These solutions are presented to fellow peers to encourage constructive feedback and collaborative learning.
As a participant of the program, you will develop personally and professionally by exercising leadership, communication, critical thinking, teamwork and problem solving skills to produce and pitch solutions to case studies based in engineering industries. In addition, you will develop knowledge about various engineering industries and graduate pathways.
