The UNSW Leadership Program is a personal and professional development program open to all students to complete alongside their degree.
It consists of engaging and interactive workshops to help you develop your professional skills and explore leadership concepts and practice. This is followed by a community engagement component where you get to put the learning into practice, contribute to community and build your confidence as result.
It is open to all students and is designed to be entirely flexible; students can sign up at any stage of their degree, complete the program at their own pace and build up points from a broad range of workshops that suit their individual interests.
Further details about the structure of the program and how to get involved can be found on the website.
Apply online using your zID and zPass to access the enrolment form.
Participants must attend 5 x 2 hour workshops as part of the program.
Students complete the program at their own pace, and can fit the workshops and community engagement hours around their studies.
Workshops usually run from Week 1 - 9 in both semesters, with an intensive week long session in the holidays.
For the program to be recognised on participants' AHEGS, all components of the program must be completed by the deadline for the relevant graduation event.
