Women in Engineering Society Industry Mentoring Program

The Industry Mentoring Program provides a unique opportunity for students to challenge and develop their professional skills through a 4-month intensive program under the guidance of a mentor. Mentees will be matched with an industry professional based on the student’s degree and career interests to gain a deeper insight into professional environments and their future careers.

The program consists of 4 main events throughout Term2-Term3 in addition to a training workshop for mentees. Program events will involve activities such as mock interviews and design challenges, along with the opportunity for students to network with industry representatives. In addition to the program's events, mentees are required to complete at least 4 hours of mentor-mentee meetings.
