Celebrating our differences

The Student Minds Executive Team invites you to attend the Student Minds 2019 Conference, The Diverse Mind: Celebrating Our Differences.

  • When: Tuesday 24th September 2019
  • Time: 9.45am to 5pm
  • Where: UNSW Roundhouse
  • Cost: Free

Student MindsĀ® @ UNSW is the student voice on mental health: opening minds, creating understanding and connecting students with the resources to thrive. We are an outreach program driven by student volunteers who aim to reduce stigma and increase awareness of mental health issues at UNSW and the wider community.

Our 2019 conference, The Diverse Mind: Celebrating Our Differences, will look at student mental health and wellbeing through the lenses of LGBTQIA+, Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander People, culturally and linguistically diverse groups and people with a disability. We will hear from experts and people with their own lived experience.

We will facilitate lots of opportunities for collaboration, so please join us to help create a campus culture in which students from all backgrounds can thrive.

This event is supported by UNSW Division of Equity Diversity and Inclusion, as part of Diversity Fest.
