Finding Focus- TUESDAY 1pm group Term 2

A 3 x 1-hour weekly meeting to develop skills that can help with common issues such as: procrastination, anxiety, and keeping focus at university and in your life. It aims to help you to stay focused and take a flexible approach to goals that matter to you. You have to attend the 3 workshops; and cannot attend the 2nd or 3rd workshop without attending the First. Developing Academic Arguments
