A 3 x 1-hour weekly meeting to develop skills that can help with common issues such as: procrastination, anxiety, and keeping focus at university and in your life. It aims to help you to stay focused and take a flexible approach to goals that matter to you.
Please commit to attend all 3 weeks of the workshop. You must attend week 1 of the workshop and cannot start in week 2 or 3.
