myIT Mobile provides convenient access to UNSW IT services no matter where you are.

Features include:

  • Quickly submit new support requests
  • Receive real-time, location based support
  • Easily review and update existing support requests
  • Provide feedback and rate your support requests
  • View maps showing the location of Assistance Counters
  • Reset your zPass/UniPass
  • Browse the UNSW IT Service Catalogue

What's new in version 2.0

This update includes a number exciting new features.

You can now receive real-time, location based support from UNSW IT Heroes across campus. Simply tap on “Get Help” to submit your request.

In addition, you can now update, provide feedback and rate your existing support requests.


The new myIT Mobile app is available on iTunes and Google Play.
