Use tables for tabular information only - don't use them to position text paragraphs and graphics on a web page. Using tables to lay out text and graphic content can result in problems for users viewing pages using screen readers. Also, placing graphics in tables may force users viewing the page on a table or phone to scroll horizontally to view a table designed on a system with a larger display. Specifying cell width too closely can result in the same problem; use percentages only. View relevant accessibility guidelines.
To create a table
In the Body toolbar, select the Table button 
and press OK.
How to delete a row in the table
Below is a screenshot example, you need to use your mouse to right-click on the row you want to delete, and then select 'Row / Delete Row' from the pop-up options.
