Add a document link using the page's file attachment field

On the New draft/Edit draft page, locate the FILE ATTACHMENTS section and at Add a new file, click Browse/Choose file.

  1. In the File Upload window, browse for the file and open it. The file's address displays in the Add a new file field.
  2. At the right of the Add a new file field, click Upload. A linked filename, file size, a Remove button and a Description field display, as well as a second Add a new file field.
  3. In the Description field, enter the display name of the file. It is best practice to indicate the file type and size after the filename.
  4. Save your edits and check that the document link displays as it should. Click the link and check that you have attached the correct document.
