Edit Current Student Website Content

This page tells you how to edit content on the UNSW Current Student website. Accessing the editing page is very similar for all kinds of content, whether Page, News article, Event, Quicklink or Web form.

Once you are logged into the Current Student website as a user, here are instructions for accessing and editing pages:

Access pages via search

You can use the site navigation or Search function to find the page. To begin editing, click the New draft or Edit draft tab at the top of the page.

Alternatively:

    1. Click My Workbench at the top left of the page.
    2. On the workbench page, click My Edits or All Recent Content at the upper right.
    3. On the page-list page, search or filter the list to locate the page you want to edit.
    4. In the page's ACTIONS column, click edit.

The Edit Page page displays, containing editing fields and instructions on how to complete them.

  1. Perform your editing in this page.
  2. Save your changes by clicking Save at the bottom left of page.

Your edits will also need to be published before they appear on the current student website.

Access pages via My Workbench
  1. Click My Workbench at the top left of the page.
  2. On the workbench page, click My Edits or All Recent Content at the upper right.
  3. On the page-list page, search or filter the list to locate the page you want to edit.
  4. In the page's ACTIONS column, click edit.

The Edit Page page displays, containing editing fields and instructions on how to complete them.

  1. Perform your editing in this page.
  2. Save your changes by clicking Save at the bottom left of page.

Your edits will also need to be published before they appear on the current student website.
