Nucleus: Student Hub changes to in-person services

Virtual face-to-face services are now available whilst all in-person services are temporarily suspended.

For COVID-19 related enquiries, procedural advice, student financials, special consideration and information on documentation and ID cards, please contact us by phone on +61 2 9385 8500, submit an online enquiry form or join our virtual queue to meet a staff member online!

We have temporarily suspended the 'Collection' option for all documents. Requests made after Tuesday 17 March will be processed for postage or email (if applicable)We will be doing our best to have your documents posted out as soon as possible and we appreciate your patience during this time 

We have temporarily suspended all student ID card services.  

Please note, if you are enrolled in a course for the current term your card will remain active, despite an expiration date having passed. You can request a replacement as soon as our face-to-face services recommence. An update on Term 3 ID Cards will be announced closer to the start of Term 3.
