Participate in a program for student stress & wellbeing!

Studying at university can be a stressful time. More than 1 in 4 university students experience high stress levels that negatively impacts their studies, relationships, and daily lives.

The THIS WAY UP Student Wellbeing Course is an online program for university students designed by students, for students, to teach practical techniques to manage stress and improve mental health. In this project, our aim is to evaluate the course in  students studying at UNSW.

What it involves

  • Completing an online survey
  • Being randomly allocated to either a group who receives the online program straight away, or after a 6 week waiting period
  • Completing online surveys after the program finishes, and one month later

Who can participate?

  • University students studying at UNSW
  • 18 years or over
  • Fluent in English
