Say hello to MytiBot, our new chatbot to help you with IT support and general enquiries.

MytiBot is available to help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  

Simply open MytiBot, select ‘I’m a Student’ and ask a question. MytiBot will help you with your question, or if it can’t, the bot will direct you to one of our friendly Service Centre staff members. 

MytiBot is constantly learning. It uses clever algorithms and user feedback to improve.  So, the more you use it, and the more feedback you provide, the more stuff it will learn.  

MytiBot is available on all latest versions of all notebook and desktop browsers, including mobile devices, except Internet Explorer.
