Considering taking an elective this Summer term? In Interior Architecture Composition 3 (INTA1003) you'll learn the techniques to render complex 3D visuals using Maxon Cinema 4D and model a small scale project using a 3D software of your choice.
Please note that basic to intermediate knowledge of a 3D modelling software is required.
The course will use Cinema 4D to construct renders with tutorials as well as lectures running through technical skills of importing/exporting, advanced materials, lighting, landscapes, and understanding render settings as well as addressing theory of composition of rendered scenes.
This course will enable you to produce a graphic package of a suite of architectural drawings & a rendered set of visuals.
Students currently enrolled in the 4th year of B. Interior architecture program (3256) can take this course as an elective. Students from other programs with capacity in the Faculty of Built Environment can take this as a BE or Open Elective.
