Turnitin - Unplanned Outage: Unable to submit assignments

Background
Starting the morning of Friday 25th May, some students were unable to submit assignments to Turnitin through Moodle.

The investigation has identified this as an issue with the Turnitin platform, which we have been working with the Turnitin vendor to investigate at high urgency.

Current Status
A fix was implemented by Turnitin at 4.45pm (AEST) which was found to fix the issue for a number of the affected students, however some affected students remain.

The investigation for a permanent wide-spread fix continues.
