Stress Less Week (Wk 10)

Stress gets the better of all of us. In WK10, we're bringing back Stress Less Week, aimed at taking your mind off the scary stuff, providing strategies to cope with and manage stress (and of course, free food).

With three days of events, we have plenty for you to get involved in from workshops and freebies to fitness.
