Embracing Resilience: Navigating Anxiety & Low Mood (Mandarin)

This workshop is designed to to equip international students with practical skills to navigate anxiety and low mood. The goals of this group are to gain a stronger understanding of anxiety and low mood, while learning common coping skills and self-care practices, while fostering a supportive environment to talk about these experiences.

The workshop aims to enhance mental well-being and promote a sense of community among international students. The workshop will be facilitated by mental health clinicians in Chinese Mandarin.

This group will be run 3 times in the term so you have multiple opportunities to attend this one-off workshop.

 

How do I register?

In order to attend this workshop, you will need to meet with one of our mental health clinicians. To arrange an appointment, please complete our intake form.

Once you meet with the clinician, if you both agree this group is the right fit for your needs, you will be provided with information on how to attend.
