ADA Innovation Hub Circular Economy Design Sprint

ADA Innovation Hub Circular Economy Design Sprint logo

The ADA Innovation Hub Circular Economy Design Sprint is an intensive two-day professional development program that guides student teams through a training program on Circular Economy Principles (CEP) and Systems Thinking, including a facilitated Design Sprint where student teams apply this knowledge to real-world problems.

Open to all students in the faculties of Arts, Design & Architecture and Science the program encourages students to explore a chosen problem space within UNSW. Through a design thinking process teams will be asked to question and reimagine existing systems and propose new solutions underpinned by CEP. The program offers a unique opportunity to gain in-dept knowledge of the Circular Economy while developing strong problem-solving skills through interactive training modules, a design sprint and a fun and exciting pitch night, where student teams will present their ideas to an audience and expert judging panel while competing for prize money.

All participants who complete the design sprint will be awarded Credly and AHEGS credentials to add to their CVs for future employment
