Check Point helps students prioritise their wellbeing during high-stress periods by providing access to quick, healthy food and encouraging mindful study breaks. Our overall goal is to make sure people are in check with their basic needs such as physical, mental and nutritional wellbeing. We run weekly, including Brekkie Club and Night-Time Nibbles, where students receive free meals and snacks. These events take place on set weeks and serve to foster self-care and community connection.
