Career Ready Mentoring Program

The UNSW Arts & Social Sciences Career Ready Mentoring Program connects students in their penultimate or final year of study with established alumni industry professionals, providing students with practical support, and a significant opportunity to focus on career development during the transition from study to work.

Responsibilities

Through industry exposure, professional guidance and self-directed participation, each student will develop career-ready skills, providing a tangible link between study, employment and industry.

Training

In partnership with UNSW Careers and Employment, UNSW Arts and Social Sciences will deliver pre-program training which will assist in the development of confidence and preparation for the program.

Duration

The Program will run between Tuesday 27 March and Thursday 31 May 2018 and includes 21 hours commitment in total. This is via 5 face-to-face meetings (5 hours), reflective journals (3 hours), events (4 hours), workshops (4 hours), and preparation (5 hours).
