Key Dates for Undergraduate Medicine Programs

Term 1, 2024 - Release of Results (M1B)

Term 2, 2024 - Enrolment deadline (M2A)

Last day to add or swap courses via myUNSW for M2A (UG Medicine).

Term 3, 2024 - Class registration begins by appointment

Check your class registration appointment and register for classes via myUNSW. All Teaching Periods (T3, T3A, T3B, T3C, M3A, AFB, GD3).

Term 2, 2024 - Drop course enrolment if failed to class register (M2A)

If you have not registered for M2A (UG Medicine) classes by this date, your enrolment in the course will be cancelled

Term 2, 2024 - Census date (M2A)

Last day to drop M2A (UG Medicine) courses without financial penalty.

This is also the last day to drop courses without academic penalty. After this date, courses can only be dropped with academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal).

Term 2, 2024 - Deadline to drop WITH academic penalty (MT2)

Last day to drop MT2 (UG Medicine) courses with academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal).

Term 2, 2024 - Release of Results

12:00pm Sydney time (AEDT) to student email accounts and 5:00pm to myUNSW. All Teaching Periods except T2C, M2A and MT2 (T2, T2A, T2B, EM3, MG2, AFA, AFC, AUA, AUB, AUC).

Term 2, 2024 - Deadline to drop WITH academic penalty (M2A)

Last day to drop M2A (UG Medicine) courses with academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal).

Term 3, 2024 - Enrolment deadline (M3A)

Last day to add or swap courses via myUNSW for M3A (UG Medicine).

Term 3, 2024 - Payment due (M3A)

Last day to pay fees for M3A (UG Medicine) courses via myUNSW.
