Building Positive Relationships

Important relationships can sometimes get messy.  This 3-week workshop series is an opportunity to connect with your peers, develop tools to initiate difficult conversations, look at the importance of setting and communicating boundaries, and learn strategies to navigate different challenges along the way.

These workshops are designed individually so you are welcome to attend as many sessions as you like.

  • Friday 20th September (Week 2) - 10:30am - 12:30pm  Change of date to Friday the 27th of September - 11:30am - 1pm
  • Thursday 17th October (Week 6) - 10am - 12pm
  • Thursday 31st October (Week 8) - 10am - 12pm

Workshop 3. Building Skills for Healthy Romantic Relationships

Ready to enhance your romantic relationships? During this workshop, we will discuss tools and insights to build and maintain healthy relationships by focusing on our conflict style and communication in our relationships.
