24 Sep, 2:00pm – 8 Oct 2024, 4:00pm
Room 2008, Level 2, East Wing, Quadrangle Building (map ref: E17)

The ‘Embracing Resilience’ workshops are designed to provide international students with practical tools to manage anxiety and low mood. The goal is to improve mental well-being and foster a sense of community among international students while identifying mental health challenges that can get in the way. We plan to discuss different coping strategies as well as self care techniques to help you along the way.

These workshops will be conducted in Chinese Mandarin and led by a mental health clinician and a student support advisor.

The workshops will be held over three consecutive weeks. Participation in all three sessions for anxiety or low mood is encouraged, as each workshop will focus on a specific topic related to anxiety and/or low mood.
