Weekly Rolling Group

11 Sep, 2:15pm – 13 Nov 2024, 3:45pm
Room 2008, Level 2, East Wing, Quadrangle Building (map ref: E17)

The Rolling Group program at UNSW Psychology and Wellness is designed to be interactive, supportive, fun and filled with opportunities to discuss as well as learn from your peers and UNSW mental health clinicians. Rolling Group includes short educational components, group discussions and a lot of experiential exercises, grounded in psychological principles from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Rolling Group uses the ACT framework to guide discussions on common human suffering experiences, which may look like low mood, frequent worry, managing large life changes, isolation, relationship concerns and other experiences that may impact our ability to live fully.

How do I register for Rolling Group?

As Rolling Group is its own therapeutic intervention, you will need to meet with one of our UNSW mental health clinicians before being invited to attend the Rolling Group program. To arrange an appointment, please complete our intake form.

Once you have met with a clinician, and you both agree Rolling Group is the most appropriate fit for your needs, you will be provided with a registration link to our Moodle course, as well as information on finalising the enrolment process.

We look forward to meeting you and working together!

Please contact [email protected] or call 9385 5418 if you have any questions.
