In this one-hour workshop, explore different relationships, how to navigate peer pressure, and learn communication and negotiation skills for healthy & safe sexual experiences.

What to expect:

  • Different Types of Sexual Relationships: Understand the various forms and dynamics.
  • Peer Pressure: Learn how to recognise and handle peer pressure around sexual activity.
  • Consent Scenarios: Engage in scenario-based activities to apply consent knowledge to real-life situations.
  • Negotiation and Communication: Explore the importance of clear communication and negotiation in relationships.
  • Stages of Sexual Activity: Unpack the stages of sexual activity—before, during, and after—and learn how to make it a positive, healthy, and safe experience for all.
