World Mental Health Day at the quad

The relationship between the mind and the body is an important one. This year, we’ll take you on a journey through the brain, heart, lungs and body on World Mental Health Day.

At the biggest event of October’s Mental Health Month, UNSW's World Mental Health Day is a chance to connect with others, learn something new and talk more about staying mentally healthy.

Join us on Wednesday 9 October at Helen Maguire Lawn (Quad), from 11am to 3pm to connect with others, relax and take some stress off mid-terms.

What’s involved

  • Lots of freebies (flowers, bubbles, hot drinks & more!)
  • Ball pit
  • Yummy food
  • Yoga with UNSW Fitness and Aquatic Centre
  • Loads of community partners with activities and more
