Term 3, 2024 - Deadline to drop WITH academic penalty (GD3)

15 Nov 2024, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 3 (GD3) courses with academic penalty, resulting in a grade of AW (Academic Withdrawal).

Term 1, 2025 - Class registration begins by appointment

25 Nov 2024

Check your class registration appointment and register for classes via myUNSW. All Teaching Periods (T1, T1A, T1B, T1C, M1A, M1B, ASB, GD1).

Term 3, 2024 - Exam Period (GD3)

25 Nov – 6 Dec 2024

Term 3, 2024 - Release of Results (GD3)

13 Dec 2024

12:00pm Sydney time (AEDT) to myUNSW.

Christmas and New Year holiday shutdown period

24 Dec 2024 – 5 Jan 2025

Term 1, 2025 - Drop course enrolment if failed to class register (GD1)

14 Jan 2025

If you have not registered for Global Diploma Teaching Period 1 (GD1) classes by this date, your enrolment in the course will be cancelled.

Term 1, 2025 - Enrolment deadline (GD1)

26 Jan 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to add or swap courses via myUNSW for Global Diploma Teaching Period 1 (GD1).

Term 1, 2025 - Payment due (GD1)

2 Feb 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to pay fees for Global Diploma Teaching Period 1 (GD1) via myUNSW.

Term 1, 2025 - Census date (GD1)

13 Feb 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 1 (GD1) courses without financial liability.

Term 1, 2025 - Deadline to drop WITHOUT academic penalty (GD1)

9 Mar 2025, 11:59pm

Last day to drop Global Diploma Teaching Period 1 (GD1) courses without academic penalty, resulting in a grade of NF (course discontinued without failure).
