Helping you manage everyday issues to tough times. Anonymous and confidential, this is a safe place for young people aged 18 to 25 to chat with peer workers and support each other in an online community.
Headspace
Helping young people aged 12 to 25, and their family and friends, access vital support through their centres and online and phone counselling services.
Black Dog Institute
A free mental health assessment tool, which takes you through a range of clinical assessments to provide a personalised report with suggested support services.
