We've simplified the Special Consideration process!
From Wednesday 10 May, you will be able to upload additional supporting documents directly to your Special Consideration application in the Special Consideration portal. You will no longer need to move back and forth between your emails and the Special Consideration portal.
The update will allow faster turnaround times for your Special Consideration application outcomes and a simpler submission process for you!
