Session 1 | Week 3 - Thursday 26th September

Sensing Mindfulness

Join us for a refreshing 50-minute mindfulness session designed to reconnect you with the present moment through your five senses. We'll guide you through exercises that focus on sight, sound, touch, taste, and smell, helping you cultivate a deeper awareness of the here and now. By tuning into these sensory experiences, we hope to help you develop the skills to stay grounded and centered, fostering a sense of calm and clarity.

Session 2 | Week 5 - Thursday 10th October

Paint Yourself Calm

Immerse yourself in a serene experience with our 50-minute mindfulness session using watercolour paints. This guided session will lead you through mindful techniques while you create abstract art, allowing you to embrace the present moment and find tranquillity in each brushstroke. No previous painting experience is needed—just bring your curiosity and a desire for relaxation.

Session 3 | Week 7 - Thursday 24th October

Mandalas and mindfulness

Unlock a moment of peace and creativity with our 50-minute mindfulness session featuring mandalas and colouring. This calming practise not only soothes the mind but also enhances focus and relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned artist or a curious beginner, our guided session will help you tap into your inner calm and reduce stress.
