(Daily) Delight~Disrupt (DDD) is a new initiative at UNSW dedicated to igniting ecocultural change through creative disruptions and restorative practices.
DDD's mission is to transform everyday actions into gratifying experiences that reconnect people with each other and their environment. We encourage you to take up or create your own playful moments designed to inspire restorative living and social harmony with:
โจ Minimalism Mondays: Creative and fun acts minimizing consumption and waste - spend less, enjoy more, at no cost to you or the planet.
๐ณTree Hugging Tuesdays: Reconnect and let nature recharge you.
๐ Way Finding Wednesdays: Reimagine and relish how we move within this big world.
๐ Thankful Thursdays: Let's bliss out. Lean into gratitude for Earth and each other.
๐ฝ Feast Fridays: We all eat. Let's cook up delight beyond the meal.
๐ฟ Seek Your Own Adventure Saturdays: This is your chance to improvise, create your own, and unlock your imagination. Sky's the limit.
๐บScreen-Free Sundays: Unplug to reclaim your attention and time.
Try it out and be a co-creator of DDD! You can learn more about it on the DDD Instagram channel.
