SULaw's Summer Programme 2025 at Stockholm University

About the program

UNSW Law students are invited to apply for SULaw's Summer Programme. Since 2017 SU have offered their Summer programme to students from their partner universities around the world. Nominated students can choose to study with the Department of Law (SULaw) at Stockholm University for 2, 4 or 6 weeks.

In order to receive academic credit for the program, UNSW students must complete 2 SU courses.

The summer courses are undergraduate courses at either basic or  advanced levels.

Eligibility

To be eligible for studies at SULaw, you must be nominated by UNSW, and fulfill the academic requirements below:

  • Have completed 72UoC at UNSW for Juris Doctor students, and 78UoC at UNSW for Bachelor of Law students
  • To enrol in a course at basic level, students are expected to have completed at least one full year of studies in law prior to the program.
  • For courses at advanced level, students should have completed at least two full years of studies in law.

Enrolment Type and Fees

Enrolment Type: For Exchange - students nominated for an Exchange place will pay regular tuition fees to UNSW only

Non-tuition fees:

The cost of the summer program 2024 is as follows:

1 session = SEK 6700
2 sessions = SEK 11900

Please note that the price above does not include housing

The following is included in the fees:           

  • Wireless internet on campus, wired internet in the accommodation    
  • Welcome breakfast and farewell dinner       
  • Public Transportation card for the period of stay                   
  • Social and cultural events                               
  • Company visits
  • Insurance

Academic Credit

UNSW students undertaking this program who wish to receive academic credit for it must take 2 SU courses.

Approval for credit transfer is at the discretion of your Faculty. Credit approval can only be given prior to the commencement of a Learning Abroad program - no retrospective requests will be accepted.
