Law & Justice | International Opportunity for Term 2 2023 in London

UNSW is a member of the Law Schools Global League, an exciting collaboration bringing together leading law schools from around the world.   

As part of our membership, we are thrilled to be able to send one student currently undertaking the LLB, JD or LLM to the Law Schools Global League Summer School in London, from 17 - 28 July 2023, hosted by King’s College London.  

The Law Schools Global League Summer School contains four course modules on the broad theme of sustainability and technology. Each module will be approximately 12 hours in duration, and each will be co-taught by leading teachers from top universities in North America, Europe, Asia, South America, and Africa, and attended by students from across the world.

Who is eligible?

LLB and JD students who will have completed 78UOC by the end of T1, and all LLM students.

What costs are involved? The successful student will have AUD1500 contributed towards their airfare to attend the course. Accommodation will be provided and paid for by the League.  

Dates & location: 17 - 28 July 2023, in London.

Course: 12UOC elective course (LAWS3327, JURD7627 or LAWS8197), with assessment to include a reflective journal, in-course assessment and a research essay.  

Please note: as this course is 12UOC, students wishing to undertake a full load during 2023 may still do so by taking 18UOC in T1 and in T3.

Due date: 5pm Monday 3 April 2023.

Applications will be assessed based on the 500-word statement and academic merit.
