ENGG4103: International Humanitarian Response teaches an understanding of working within international humanitarian response and how engineering intersects this space.
This includes learning about humanitarian cluster systems, the theories that current humanitarian response work with, as well as the ways in which students as engineers can contribute. This course includes an embedded one week field exercise in the VEMI campus at Mount Macedon Victoria that is run by RedR Australia- an international humanitarian organization.
