UNSW Campus Wi-Fi is being upgraded for students and staff. These changes will be rolled out over the next few months, commencing 5pm, Friday 8 December 2023.
In order to access the UNSW Wi-Fi network, you must follow the steps below.
What do I need to do?
From 8 December onwards, you may be presented with a new pop-up certificate when connecting to UNSW Wi-Fi network (pictured right).
You must accept the new certificate by selecting 'Connect' to access the campus Wi-Fi. This is a once-off requirement for each device you use to connect to the UNSW Wi-Fi network.
Having issues connecting to the Wi-Fi?
You may experience intermittent connection issues, lasting up to one hour, as the changes are rolled out. More information on UNSW Wi-Fi and troubleshooting guide can be found here.
If the issue persists or you cannot accept the new certificate, raise a ticket with UNSW IT or call 02 9385 1333. You can also visit the Campus IT Hub for in-person support.
