Student voice on mental health
University can be a stressful, but rewarding experience! Whether you’ve just enrolled, or are finishing your final year, there can be a lot of demands to juggle. So together with students This Way Up have developed this Student Wellbeing Program to help you manage your stress and take control of your wellbeing – so that you can get the most out of your university experience!
This Way Up is part of the Clinical Research Unit for Anxiety and Depression (CRUfAD), a joint facility of St Vincent’s Hospital and UNSW.
This course is free.
This course is intended to help university students who would like to boost their mental wellbeing and/or reduce their stress levels.
This course is self-paced and designed to be completed within 3 months. We recommend completing one module every week. However, you can complete the course as quickly or as slowly as you like within the 3 months. Once you complete all 8 modules, you will be granted an extra 12 months access to the course so that you can practise and review the skills covered in the course.
This is a self-guided course. To help you keep on track, you will receive emails and SMS reminders to complete your next available module.
See the Course on the This Way Up website.
