Who is Jennifer?


Jennifer Dulski is a global business leader, a community builder and innovator. With a wide range of executive experience, including leadership roles at Facebook, Google and Yahoo!, she has created positive change across the startup community. Her first book, Purposeful (2018), which outlines how each of us can be a movement starter, is a Wall Street Journal Bestseller.

Jennifer led Facebook Groups, used by more than 1.5 billion people each month, to create and participate in communities that matter to them. Her team was responsible for envisioning, building and growing the Groups product. She also led the 2019 redesign of Facebook, “FB5,” to put communities at the centre of the app.

Her lifelong passion is centered around empowering people to reach their full potential. Most recently, Jennifer is a Founder and CEO of Rising Team, a SaaS company that empowers managers to build more engaged, connected and successful teams.

She writes about leadership for LinkedIn Influencers, Fortune, Forbes, and Huffington Post, and serves as a lecturer in management at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
