Several societies are run to serve the interests of UNSW Medicine's students. Ranging from the Medical Society to the Albury Rural Medical School Society, students in the Faculty have plenty of opportunity to help these societies run events through the semester and assist in their role as an advocate for students' rights and interests.

How to get involved
Membership of the UNSW Medical Society Council and the Executive are by election. Membership is only open to UNSW Medicine students.
Training
There is an official training day on internal management, networking and event running guides.
