Awarded to the Built Environment undergraduate student undertaking an annual full time study load and achieving the highest Weighted Average Mark (WAM).

 Awarded to Built Environment undergraduate students undertaking an annul full time study load and achieving a yearly Weighted Average Mark (WAM) of 80 or greater.
