Our doctors are all experienced with acute and chronic medical conditions, injuries, sexual health, contraception, travel medicine, vaccinations and mental health issues.

Confidentiality and Health Service policies
Safeguarding our patients confidentiality is very important to us. We do not share your information with the University.

Our appointment policy outlines our policies surrounding appointments, medical emergencies and urgent queries, patient rights and complaints.
The practice privacy policy outlines how we manage your personal information.
For your ease of mind, our confidentiality agreement is a document that our staff members must sign and adhere to as a condition of employment.
If you wish to record a video or audio of your doctors visit you need to inform the doctor at the beginning of the consultation. The doctor can then determine if they wish to give consent to this before commencing the consultation. It is unacceptable to record a doctor without gaining their consent.

Members of the public may make a notification to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) - www.ahpra.gov.au - about the conduct, health or performance of a practitioner or the health of a student. Practitioners, employers and education providers are all mandated by law to report notifiable conduct relating to a registered practitioner or student to AHPRA.
