Below is a screenshot of the "See also" side bar on the right-hand side of some pages, notices and events.
This content block is editable by creating a 'New draft' of the page, then clicking the 'SIDEBAR LINKS' drop-down - screen shot below:
You can add multiple side bar links by clicking the 'Add another item' button.
Once you have added the sidebar link, be sure to publish your changes.
