Hamburg University of Applied Sciences (HAW Hamburg) offers lots of courses in English in a wide variety of academic fields. Teaching is practice-oriented, so you get to apply the theory of lectures in lab work and projects along with gaining special insight by being taught by professors who have worked in industry.
